📄 Key Terms & Conditions (As per Leave & License Agreement)

• Deposit: ₹3,000/- refundable at the time of vacating the property, subject to deductions for damages.
• License Fee: ₹2,900/- per month, payable within the 5th day of every preceding month.
• License Period: 3 months (extendable on mutual understanding).
• No Cooking: Cooking is strictly prohibited inside the demised premises.
• No Sub-letting: The licensee shall not sub-let or part with possession to any third party.
• No Disturbance: The licensee shall not create noise or nuisance to neighbors.
• No Illegal Activities: Storing inflammable articles or doing illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
• Notice Period: 1 month's written notice required from either side for vacating.
• ID Proof Required: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, and College/University ID to be submitted.
• Damage Responsibility: Any damage caused shall be repaired by the licensee at their own cost.
